Terrell Materials Civil Division provides management, general contracting, and design/build services for Federal and local governments in support of heavy infrastructure programs.  Our past and current projects have included runways, airport facilities, road and bridge construction, public transportation, lakefront development, dredging, landfills, utilities and more
