Patrick “Pat” Terrell is the Founder and CEO of Terrell Materials Corporation (TMC), one of the nation’s leading high-volume concrete manufacturers, serving major infrastructure projects including airport runways, interstate highways, and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers projects across the United States.

A graduate of the University of Notre Dame, Terrell was a three-year starter at free safety and helped lead the Fighting Irish to the 1988 National Championship, earning First-Team USA Today All-American honors.

Selected in the second round of the 1990 NFL Draft by the Los Angeles Rams, Terrell enjoyed a ten-year NFL career with the Rams, Jets, Panthers, and Packers. Following football, he traded his pads for a pair of wings, becoming an airline captain who flew Boeing 757 and 767 aircraft internationally while volunteering to transport hundreds of U.S. and Allied troops during Operation Iraqi Freedom.

In 2005, Terrell founded Terrell Materials Corporation, which has grown into a premier concrete manufacturer for some of America’s largest transportation and infrastructure projects. TMC has supplied concrete for new runways and taxiways at Chicago O’Hare International Airport, Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, Orlando International Airport, and George Bush Intercontinental Airport, among many others. Today, TMC is the concrete manufacturer for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers’ Comprehensive Everglades Restoration Plan (CEPP) A-2 Reservoir, the largest USACE civil works project in Florida’s history.

Pat and his wife, Beth, have been married for nearly three decades and are the proud parents of seven children. Their family is rooted in faith, service, and community involvement.

In 2025, Pat Terrell was awarded the Congressional Patriot Award in recognition of his leadership, public service, and contributions to his community and country.
